Great location, clean and well-equipped cottages, stunning scenery, and helpful and friendly staff. the cottage had everything I needed, including Wi-Fi, and was spotlessly clean. the surrounding scenery was beautiful, and the staff were always on hand to offer advice and provide assistance when needed. It was very easy to get to all the local attractions, thanks to the location of the hotel, and I particularly enjoyed the small historic town nearby and the train ride into the city.

The distance from essential shops. this was compensated by the peace and quiet of the area and the stunning countryside views.

With its own wood and a mill run and pond, nature enthusiasts can enjoy sightings of kingfishers, woodpeckers, and even a heron. the cottage is fully equipped with modern amenities, including WiFi, making it perfect for a week-long stay. Guests can also visit nearby attractions such as the Kinema In the Woods and enjoy the excellent dining options in the area.

The cottage was well-equipped and very clean. The underfloor heating kept us warm throughout our stay. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful agricultural surroundings. There was a lovely mill run and pond onsite, as well as a miniature railway network which was a fun experience. The self-catering facilities were great, and there was even WiFi available.

The cottage is located on the edge of a small village, so a car is necessary to get around. The nearest train station is about 10 minutes away, but it takes around 15 minutes to reach the nearest town.
